Heinrich Rusche
Heinrich is the founder of Firm Learning and has more than 10 years of experience at McKinsey and various C‒suite positions.
Heinrich’s academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD, and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. These experiences, coupled with his passion for mentoring and professional development, inspired him to create Firm Learning as a resource for aspiring professionals to achieve career success.
Heinrich combines real‒world experience with a deep understanding of business strategy, making him a trusted guide for individuals striving to excel in today’s competitive landscape.
Managing Director
Johannes Sommer
Johannes is the Managing Director of Firm Learning and has more than 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on private equity & value creation.
Starting his career as a musician, it wasn't easy to have a successful career in consulting. But he managed to get an offer from top strategy consulting firms, get on the promotion fast track, become a successful project manager and build his own consulting business ‒ earning multiple 6 figures.
Now he dedicates his time to help you in your career and business, by building the program that he wished for himself throughout his career.
